If you need a real estate agent in Kitchener/Waterloo, choose this team! Michael and Laura found us our first home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. (We worked primarily with Michael while Laura worked behind the scenes digging up information, so I’ll speak about our experience with Michael.) We found Michael after having already tried working with two real estate agents who left us feeling very discouraged and used. Michael was completely different. He helped us understand the market, set our expectations, and never pushed us past our comfort level.
It was important to us to understand the process in order to make the best informed decisions and Michael (and Laura behind the scenes, of course!) was incredibly diligent and thoughtful in keeping us up to date on pricing and trends. He listened when we told him what we wanted, was spot on each time with selling price estimates, and would always let us know, honestly, if he felt the property would be worth our investment. Issues worth considering weren’t skimmed over for the sake of the sale and we were never made to feel like an annoyance if we raised concerns (as was the case with other agents). He even got down on hands and knees to thoroughly inspect the houses!
He was always available for questions, check ins, encouragement, etc. We certainly never felt like we were being pushed to buy whatever just for the sake of the sale. We absolutely trusted Michael to help us find our home–and he did! Super friendly, amazingly accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
