Step four – The offer

Once you’ve found a home you love that meets your needs and wants we will help guide you through the offer process. Our team will pull comparable properties that have recently sold in the neighbourhood to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to make an educated decision. Once comfortable, we will prepare the offer paperwork and walkthrough it with you so you understand all of the terms, clauses and conditions.

Step five – The negotiation

Once the offer has been signed we will negotiate on your behalf. This can be a quick process or sometimes can take a few days/weeks depending on market conditions. Based on the sellers response we can determine the next best steps for your situation.

Steve six – Fulfilling conditions

If your offer includes conditions we will work with you to ensure these conditions are met within the timelines given.

Step seven – Time to celebrate!

Once you have a fully accepted offer it’s time to celebrate, and of course, start packing. Between getting an accepted offer and your move in date we will have plenty of touch points to ensure you are on track.
