September’s weather may have started to cool off, but the real estate market in Waterloo Region was hotter than ever! Home sales in the region saw record-breaking numbers, with a whopping 758 homes sold through MLS in September, the highest one-month tally ever achieved locally for September.
With the average sale price up 17.5% to $637,691 over the same month last year, demand continues to outpace supply, despite a 13% increase in new listings over last September.
